By purchasing products from our Yardsale Section, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully:

1. Final Sale

All yardsale items are sold as-is and are considered final sale.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for yardsale items unless required by law.

2. Limited Quantities

Yardsale items are available in limited quantities and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it; items are only secured once checkout is completed.

3. Product Condition

Yardsale items may include discontinued products, overstock, b-stock, open-box, used, refurbished or slightly blemished merchandise.
Any notable defects or conditions (if applicable) will be disclosed in the product description.

4. Pricing

Yardsale pricing is subject to change without notice.
No price adjustments will be made on past purchases if yardsale pricing is reduced after your order is placed.
All yardsale items are excluded from free shipping. You can find the shipping price at checkout.

5. Warranty

Yardsale items are not eligible for manufacturer warranties unless otherwise stated.
Droppin HZ Car Audio does not offer any additional warranty or guarantee on yardsale items outside of the DOA warranty.
DOA Warranty: All yardsale items are guaranteed against Dead on Arrival (DOA) only. You have 5 days from the date of delivery to inspect and test your product and report any issues. Any issues reported outside of the 5 day window will be denied.
Warranty Testing Policy

In the event that a customer believes a product is subject to a DOA-related defect and requests testing to be performed by Droppin HZ Car Audio, the following terms shall apply:
1. Shipping for Testing. The Company shall provide the customer with a shipping label to return the product for inspection and testing.
2. Defective Product Determination. If, upon testing, the product is determined by the Company to be defective and covered under the DOA warranty, the customer shall not be responsible for any shipping costs, testing fees, or other charges associated with the testing process.
3. Non-Defective Product Determination. If, upon testing, the product is determined by the Company to be free of defect and performing within normal specifications based on the item condition disclosed at the time of sale:
  a. The customer shall be responsible for the cost of the initial shipping label provided by the Company;
  b. The customer shall be charged a testing fee in the amount of $50.00; and
  c. The customer shall be responsible for the cost of return shipping to have the product sent back to them.
4. Customer Declines Return Shipment. In the event the customer elects not to have the product returned, the Company shall process a refund to the customer, less:
  a. The cost of the initial shipping label;
  b. The $50.00 testing fee;
  c. A used item restocking fee equal to twenty percent (20%) to eighty percent (80%) of the product’s purchase price, as determined at the sole discretion of the Company based on the condition of the returned product.
5. Failure to Respond. If the customer does not notify the Company of their preferred course of action within ten (10) calendar days of receiving notice of the testing results, the Company shall, by default, treat the matter as if the customer had declined return shipment, and Section 4 of this Policy shall apply.
Extended warranties through Consumer Priority Service (CPS) are offered on each product page in the yardsale section for an additional cost. You can find more information on that extended warranty HERE.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines for yardsale items may vary based on volume and demand.
We are not responsible for yardsale items that sell out during the fulfillment process. In such cases, a full refund for the unavailable item(s) will be issued.
