Any product recommendations made by any employee or owner of Droppin HZ Car Audio are not guaranteed to work with the customer's specific application. We make recommendations based on the information provided by the customer. We strongly urge all of our customers to consult with your installer and research the items we have recommended that you are wishing to purchase before completing checkout.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Order Cancellations
Order cancellation may be requested, but we cannot guarantee it. Once an order has been placed, we begin processing it to be shipped. If an order is shipped before a cancellation can be processed, the customer will be responsible for returning the item/s based on Droppin HZ Car Audio's Return Policy. If an order cancellation can be granted, there will be a 5% order cancellation fee deducted from any refund based on the order total, should a customer choose to cancel their order for any reason other than the product not being available.
ANY RETURNS THAT DO NOT INCLUDE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDITION OF THE ITEMS AS THEY ARE RETURNED. ANY DAMAGE AS RESULT OF POOR PACKAGING OR ANY OTHER REASON WILL RESULT IN NO REFUND BEING ISSUED. OUR RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM IS NOT A REFUND GUARANTEE. DROPPIN HZ CAR AUDIO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY RETURN.
General Returns:
You may return new, never powered up or turned on or mounted, unopened items (non custom-built-items) sold by DroppinHZCarAudio.com within 30 days of delivery, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Any Additional shipping and Insurance are NON REFUNDABLE. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Droppin HZ Car Audio does not cover return shipping costs, the consumer is responsible for return shipping as well as the condition of the items when they arrive to us. Please make sure items are properly packaged and insured.
Custom Built Items:
Custom built items are NON REFUNDABLE. This includes but is not limited to Alternators, DC Audio Subwoofers, LAF Products, & any wire that is less than full spool lengths.
All DC Audio Subwoofers and Subwoofer Recone Kits are custom-built items that can take approximately 14-21 days for build time.
All Mechman Alternators are custom-built items that can take approximately 14 days for build time.
All Brand X Alternators are custom-built items that can take approximately 14-21 days for build time, with some units taking approximately 5-6 weeks for build time depending on parts availability.
Select Incriminator Audio subwoofers are custom-built items that can take approximately 14-21 days for build time.
Select Sound Mekanix fuse holders and subwoofer enclosures are custom-built items that can take approximately 7-14 days for build time.
LAF Yinlong DIY kits are custom-built items that can take approximately 7-14 days for build time.
These build times are estimates only and can change with market availability and product demand. Please contact us directly if you would like to check the status of your order build time.
PLEASE CHECK THE IMPEDANCE OF YOUR RECONE KITS BEFORE INSTALLATION. WE MUST BE NOTIFIED OF ANY ISSUE PRIOR TO INSTALLATION. ONCE THE KIT HAS BEEN INSTALLED, THEY CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED FOR ANY REASON.
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS:
ANY AND ALL LITHIUM BATTERY SALES ARE FINAL. ONCE THEY HAVE SHIPPED THEY CANNOT BE RETURNED DUE TO FEDERAL SHIPPING AND STORAGE REGULATIONS. THE ONLY EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE IF A PRODUCT IS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING AS THIS WILL BE HANDLED DIRECTLY THROUGH THE MANUFACTURE. ALL CLOSEOUT/HOTDEALS/B-STOCK/OPEN BOX OR USED ITEMS SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE AVAILABLE ON THESE ITEMS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Return Policy | Items returned that are deemed used:
In the case that an item returned is deemed to have been opened, used, or anything that prevents the item from being sold as a NEW item, the customer will have the option to pay for the item to be shipped back at their expense OR accept a refund in the amount of 25% of the original purchase price, to be applied to their account as store credit.
Refused/Returned to sender packages:
If any package is refused and/or returned to sender by the customer for any reason, the customer is responsible for any additional return shipping charges to be deducted from their refund, in addition to the 20% restocking fee. Please note that in situations where we have shipped orders directly to our customers from our suppliers and that delivery is refused and or returned to the supplier, there will be extended wait times on refunds to allow for return processing from the supplier and our company. All shipping charges and package protection charges are non-refundable.
User Accounts
When You create an account with Us, You must provide Us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that You use to access the website and for any activities or actions under Your password. You agree not to disclose Your password to any third party. You must notify Us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of Your account.
You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than You without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.
Your Feedback to Us
You assign all rights, title and interest in any Feedback You provide to the Company. Insure Shield Package Protection
Insure shield package protection is a third party service provided by the Company. Insure Shield offers you "peace of mind" package protection for all of your orders at an affordable price. The cost to you - to fully protect your package in the event that it is lost, damaged, or stolen - is calculated based on the subtotal of the order and the partnership between Insure Shield and the Company. It is your responsibility to file a claim with Droppin HZ Car Audio immediately upon an issue arising within the following deadlines.
Ensure you report an issue to Droppin HZ Car Audio HERE within the respective deadlines:
- Damaged: Within 15 days of when the package was marked delivered
- Lost (domestic): Between 7* and 30 days from the last tracking update
- Lost (international): Between 20* and 30 days from the last tracking update
- Stolen: Between 5* and 15 days of when the package was marked delivered
Ensure you report an issue to the Company within the respective deadlines:
- Damaged: Within 5 days of when the package was marked delivered
- Lost (domestic): Between 3* and 25 days from the last tracking update
- Lost (international): Between 15* and 25 days from the last tracking update
- Stolen: Between 2* and 10 days of when the package was marked delivered
Package Protection Opt-Out:
If you chose to opt out of Insure Shield package protection, your purchase and shipping is subject to the specific carriers time frame and conditions for stolen packages. Once we have shipped your order and it shows scanned and delivered to your address, Droppin HZ Car Audio is no longer liable for that package. If you feel you live in an area where you could have issues with stolen packages, please use an alternate address or request a signature required upon delivery when you place the order.
Governing Law
The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern these Terms and Your use of the Website. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
Disputes Resolution
If You have any concern or dispute about the Website, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.
For European Union (EU) Users
If You are a European Union consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident in.
United States Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
