Warranty
Warranty on all items purchased will be subject to the individual polices of each manufacture. Droppin HZ Car Audio does not provide warranty on ANY products unless otherwise stated. We do offer the option to purchase an extended warranty on most products through a third party vendor. All warranty claims will be processed according to the individual polices of our manufactures.
Warranty Testing Policy
In the event that a customer believes a product is subject to a warranty-related defect and requests testing to be performed by Droppin HZ Car Audio, the following terms shall apply:

Shipping for Testing. The Company shall provide the customer with a shipping label to return the product for inspection and testing.

Defective Product Determination. If, upon testing, the product is determined by the Company to be defective and covered under warranty, the customer shall not be responsible for any shipping costs, testing fees, or other charges associated with the testing process.

Non-Defective Product Determination. If, upon testing, the product is determined by the Company to be free of defect and performing within normal specifications:
a. The customer shall be responsible for the cost of the initial shipping label provided by the Company;
b. The customer shall be charged a testing fee in the amount of $50.00; and
c. The customer shall be responsible for the cost of return shipping to have the product sent back to them. -
Customer Declines Return Shipment. In the event the customer elects not to have the product returned, the Company shall process a refund to the customer, less:
a. The cost of the initial shipping label;
b. The $50.00 testing fee;
c. A used item restocking fee equal to twenty percent (20%) to eighty percent (80%) of the product’s purchase price, as determined at the sole discretion of the Company based on the condition of the returned product.
