Shipping: Orders are typically processed in 3-5 business days.
Most of our products include FREE shipping on orders greater than $150 in the Lower 48 United States. Some items however will always incur a shipping charge. Products that are offered with FREE shipping will be shipped via the best available method using USPS, UPS, or Fedex. In most cases these products will arrive at your door within 2-5 business days once shipped. Some products, however, are custom ordered per your specifications and will have an estimated build time based on the product ordered. Orders that are custom built cannot be cancelled once the build process has been started. These products will be shipped once they are completed. All items with a price of $150.00 or more, or any items being shipped to an apartment, may have a signature required for delivery. you will need to check the individual tracking numbers for that information. Disclaimer: Some orders may be shipped from separate locations based on current inventory. If you are wanting to purchase multiple items that have fixed shipping, please contact us before placing the order so we can provide an accurate shipping rate, as most items may be able to be packaged together to save cost.
General Shipping Times: These are estimates. Once the packages is in the shipping companies possession, we have no control over the route it takes or how long it takes them to deliver.

Although our website is currently only setup for sales in the Lower 48 US States, we will ship anywhere in the world that you would like to pay shipping to. For a shipping quote, please contact us at email@example.com.
Returns are not accepted on ANY custom items. This includes but is not limited to the following: subwoofers, recones, custom built alternators, wire, custom fuse block, and buss bars. If you have a questions regarding a products eligibility for return/refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. These items are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Products that are eligible for return/refund will be regularly stocked items. Items can be returned in NEW/UNUSED condition still sealed and in original packaging for 14 days from the shipping date and will not incur a restocking fee. Items can be returned in NEW/UNUSED condition for up to 30 days but will incur a 15% restocking fee. Refunds cannot be issued after 30 days of the original purchase date. Under special circumstances after 30 days, ONLY store credit can be issued. The consumer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Refunds will be issued once the product is received, inspected, and deemed to still be in brand new, unused condition. Refunds issued will be for the original purchase price less any restocking fees AND out bound shipping costs.
Please contact us at email@example.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number for your product. NO returns will be accepted that do not have a RA number assigned to them.
All products offered on our website labeled "USED" are sold as is no warranty and NON-REFUNDABLE unless otherwise stated.
***Once an order is placed for a Custom built item, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
